Teddy Bear Puppies for Sale in Oklahoma
Families looking at Teddy Bear puppies for sale in Oklahoma can reserve one online from The Puppy Lodge and have it brought right to the house. These are Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise crosses, usually 8 to 15 pounds grown, with the plush wavy coat and round dark eyes that gave the breed its name. They are gentle, quiet for a small dog, and happy to be wherever their people are.
Our farm sits in Fresno, Ohio, which puts Oklahoma City and Tulsa roughly a day and a half of driving away. That is well inside the range our transport service covers, so distance does not change what you get. The puppy still leaves at eight weeks with its health record, microchip, and a blanket that smells like its mother.
Available Teddy Bear Puppies for Oklahoma Families
The puppies below are the ones ready to go home right now, with photos, prices, and a reserve button on each one. Teddy Bears start at $1,995 and the price moves with color, coat, and gender. Reserving takes a $200 deposit, and financing through Credova is available if you would rather spread it out.
There is no waitlist here. Puppies go first come, first served, so a puppy listed this morning can be spoken for by tonight. If you want to see one up close before deciding, we do FaceTime calls. Once a puppy is reserved we call you to sort out how it gets to Oklahoma, and delivery to your door is one of the choices.
Teddy Bear Puppy Delivery to Oklahoma
Three ways to get your puppy home from Ohio, and we walk through them on a call after you reserve.
Home delivery is what most Oklahoma families pick. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a climate-controlled van, in its own carrier, with a vet check before it leaves and updates along the way. Oklahoma falls in the national delivery tier, currently $450 flat. Vans leave on Tuesday mornings. The drive runs about fourteen hours to the northeast corner of the state and closer to nineteen out in the panhandle, so it is usually a two day trip. Most families have their puppy within three days of scheduling.
Flight nanny is the fast option. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin, never in cargo, and meets you at baggage claim, almost always the same day. Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City and Tulsa International are the two we fly into most, and Lawton or Fort Smith just over the Arkansas line can work for the southern part of the state. Flights are quoted individually and cost more than ground. The puppy needs to be at least eight weeks, under twenty pounds with the carrier, and traveling with a health certificate, which is easy for a breed this size.
Farm pickup in Fresno is open by appointment if you want the road trip. It is about a thousand miles each way from Oklahoma City, so it is a long haul, but you get to meet the mother, tour the kennel, and go over the paperwork with us in person.
For most of Oklahoma we suggest ground delivery. It is the least stressful for a young puppy, it costs less than flying, and nobody has to drive to an airport. If you are on a tight schedule or live close to Will Rogers or Tulsa International, the flight nanny is worth the extra. One Oklahoma note on the calendar: Teddy Bears inherit a slightly shortened muzzle from the Shih Tzu side, so heat matters more for them than for most small dogs. Summer deliveries into the state are timed for early morning arrivals, and the vans are climate controlled the whole way.
Teddy Bear Puppy Breeder Serving Oklahoma Families
The Puppy Lodge is run by the Nisley family on five acres in the hills of east-central Ohio, and we have been raising dogs for more than thirteen years. Our litters come from a closed network of local kennels near the farm. Every parent dog is owned by us, genetically tested, and chosen for temperament and health before any pairing happens. Those kennels follow the same standards our own does, and no puppy reaches a family from outside that group.
We are a long way from Oklahoma, and we think that is worth being straight about. What you get for the distance is a breeding program with tested parents on both the Shih Tzu and Bichon side, a vet from Danville Veterinary Clinic on site every week, and a written three-year health guarantee covering genetic and congenital conditions. Every Teddy Bear puppy goes through the ENS protocol from day three through day sixteen, gets handled daily by our kids, and starts crate and potty training before go-home. That early work matters with this breed in particular, since Teddy Bears bond hard and can develop separation anxiety if alone time is never practiced. If you want the full picture before you commit, our Teddy Bear puppy guide covers what to expect in the first year.
