Miniature Poodle Puppies for Sale in Connecticut
Each of the Miniature Poodle puppies for sale in Connecticut on this page was raised within The Puppy Lodge program around Fresno, Ohio, in Coshocton County. Expect a grown weight of roughly 10 to 15 pounds and dense curls that shed very little. Our Mini Poodles are sturdy and athletic rather than delicate, and every one is vet checked, microchipped, and current on vaccinations before it leaves.
Connecticut is one of the nearer New England states to our farm, and the western side around Danbury is the shortest drive for us. Ground delivery can reach any town in the state, and a flight nanny can meet you at a Connecticut airport.

Choosing a Miniature Poodle Puppy for Your Connecticut Home
Each puppy shown below can be reserved online today, and its listing gives its own price. Pricing depends on a puppy's color, coat type, and gender, and the lowest is $1,995. Reserving your pick takes a $200 deposit. We can move that money to another available puppy if you change your mind, though it is non-refundable. Payment can also be spread out through Credova financing, which you apply for on our website.
We don't hold a waitlist for anyone. A listed puppy goes to whichever family reserves it first, and upcoming litters go on the site ahead of time so a pick can be claimed before the puppies are born. Ask us for a FaceTime call if you would like to watch a puppy move and play before deciding. Puppies leave for new homes at 8 weeks or older, and any of them can travel to Connecticut with our delivery help.

Getting Your Miniature Poodle Puppy Home to Connecticut
Since we are a Miniature Poodle puppy breeder serving Connecticut from Ohio, every puppy has some travel ahead of it. We talk through the choices with you by phone once your puppy is reserved, and the options are laid out below. Whatever the method, the puppy travels with something familiar, a small blanket that holds its mother's scent. It also comes with some of its current food in a bag, which lets you change foods gradually.
Van Delivery Across Connecticut
We recommend ground delivery for most of Connecticut. The road trip from our farm runs about 9 to 11 hours. That is a workable distance for the van, and you avoid airports altogether. The fee to anywhere in the state is around $350.
Two drivers from a professional pet transport service share the wheel on every trip, using a custom climate-controlled van. A vet looks your puppy over before departure, and once aboard, the puppy has a carrier to itself. You get updates on the road, and the drivers bring it to your door on a date agreed with you ahead of time.
Flying Into Bradley With a Flight Nanny
A trained flight nanny can bring your puppy into Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. Throughout the flight it stays up in the cabin with the handler, zipped into an airline-approved soft carrier below the seat ahead. The cargo hold is never part of the trip. Photos and video from the handler keep you posted, and you take over at baggage claim once the plane is in.
A licensed vet completes a health certificate for your puppy, and we set that up before it flies. The nanny service asks that a puppy be no younger than 8 weeks and under 20 pounds with its carrier, and a Mini Poodle puppy of 8 weeks is far below that weight. The nanny costs more than the van and gets a separate quote for each flight, but your puppy spends less time traveling. Winter storms can delay flights in New England, so please leave some give in your dates.
Driving Out to Fresno
Pickup at the farm is possible by appointment, and from Connecticut it makes the most sense as an overnight trip. During the visit you can walk the facility with us, and we review the puppy's vaccination records, microchip registration, and guarantee papers together.

The Miniature Poodle Puppy Breeder Network Serving Connecticut Families
More than 13 years ago, the Nisley family began raising dogs in Fresno, Ohio, and The Puppy Lodge still runs from that five acre farm. Our Mini Poodle litters come out of a closed group of nearby kennels, which is why we hold a broker license. Those kennels keep no dogs but ours and all work to the same health and breeding standards, and no puppy we sell comes from outside that circle.
The Puppy Lodge owns the parent dogs, and the one exception is an outside stud used now and then.
Before a pairing, the parents go through health and genetic testing, and one condition we screen for is progressive retinal atrophy, an inherited eye disease in Mini Poodles. Screening reduces the odds, though no breeder can rule the risk out entirely, and we would rather say that plainly. Between day 3 and day 16, puppies get early neurological stimulation, and the family's children handle and play with them daily so a sensitive Mini Poodle grows up at ease with people. Danville Veterinary Clinic has a vet at the kennels every week, checking the adult dogs and new litters.
Connecticut is a long drive from our kennels, which makes a casual visit hard. Our 50+ Google reviews let you hear from past buyers before you commit, and every puppy is covered by a written three year health guarantee.
