Fluffy Frenchie Puppies for Sale in Michigan From Next Door in Ohio

Our Fluffy Frenchie puppies for sale in Michigan come to you from our kennel at The Puppy Lodge near Fresno, Ohio, just one state below yours. Each of these purebred French Bulldogs got the long-hair gene from both its mom and its dad. That pairing gives them a silky coat that is longest on the ears, neck, and chest, on top of the sturdy frame and bat ears you expect from a Frenchie. They are cuddly, a little goofy, and happiest parked next to their people.

Michigan is one of the nearer states on our map. Monroe and the Detroit suburbs are roughly 3 hours away by car, while the western end of the Upper Peninsula is closer to 11. See who is available today, plus litters still to come, by visiting our Fluffy Frenchie puppies page.

Michigan Fluffy Frenchie Puppies in Our Current Lineup

You will find photos and a price with every listing below, and checkout happens on our website. Pricing for our Fluffy Frenchies begins at $2,895 and moves up based on color, gender, and genetics. Putting your name on a puppy takes a $200 deposit. That money is not refundable, but we can shift it over to another open puppy when needed.

We work on a first come, first served basis with no waitlist, so a listed puppy may be spoken for within hours. Picks from upcoming litters can be reserved before the puppies arrive. If seeing a puppy on video would help you decide, we can do a FaceTime call, and if paying over time helps, you can apply for Credova financing online. Whichever puppy you choose, we can get it to your Michigan address.

Michigan Delivery by Region: Southeast, West, North, and the U.P.

After the deposit clears, we set up a phone call and match the travel plan to your part of the state. No matter the method, your puppy brings along some of its usual food and a little blanket carrying its mother's smell.

Southeast Michigan: Driving Down for Pickup

Around Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Monroe, the trip to our kennel is about 3 hours, so picking up yourself makes good sense. Set an appointment and you can meet the mom, tour our setup, and walk through the vaccine record, microchip, and guarantee together. If a full day of driving is too much, the van can come to you instead.

West and Northern Lower Michigan: Home Delivery

The farther you are from the Ohio line, the more we lean toward home delivery. Door-to-door service is handled by a professional pet transport team, and their custom van holds a comfortable temperature the whole way. That steady air is important for a Frenchie, since a short muzzle makes it hard for them to shed heat. A vet looks over every puppy before the trip. On board, each one has a carrier to itself, and you get progress updates while the van is on the road.

Anywhere in Michigan, the delivery fee is around $350. Tuesday morning is when the van leaves Fresno, and we will tell you when to expect it for your address. Overall, it is our most popular option.

Flight Nanny Airports Across Michigan

You can also have a trained handler carry your puppy onboard a passenger flight, tucked into a soft bag beneath the seat. We keep Frenchies out of the cargo hold every time. Look for your nanny and puppy at baggage claim, usually on the same day they set out. Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), Gerald R. Ford International in Grand Rapids (GRR), and Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City (TVC) all make good meeting points.

Nanny flights are quoted trip by trip and cost more than ground delivery. Flying requires a puppy of 8 weeks or more that weighs under 20 pounds with the bag included. A licensed vet also signs off on a health certificate ahead of travel. Storms sometimes shift a flight, so leave some wiggle room in your plans.

Inside the Program of a Fluffy Frenchie Puppy Breeder Serving Michigan

Since we are only a few hours from southern Michigan, you are welcome to stop by before choosing a puppy. We host visits by appointment Monday through Saturday, and you can say hello to a puppy along with its mom. Dogs have been our work for over 13 years, and each Fluffy Frenchie parent in the program is a Puppy Lodge dog. If we use an outside stud, that dog goes through the same testing first. Our original Fresno kennel handles some of the litters. The rest stay nearby with a closed network of breeders who raise only our dogs and stick to our standards.

Long hair appears only when both parents pass down the gene for it. Before any pairing, both dogs get DNA tests covering coat length, furnishings, and eye color, which lets us say early whether a litter may include fluffy puppies and what colors could come up. We also run health screening on every parent and favor dogs with a sound build and open nostrils. No screening catches every problem, but it makes inherited trouble less likely. Your puppy also gets a three-year written guarantee for genetic and congenital conditions, and hips and elbows are part of that coverage.

Our dogs stay in climate-controlled buildings with warm tile floors through the colder months and geothermal cooling once it heats up. Once a week, Danville Veterinary Clinic has a vet on site to examine the grown dogs and newborn litters. Starting on the third day of life, puppies take part in the Super Dog Program, a few minutes of early neurological stimulation each day, and our kids carry them around and play with them too. Puppies leave at 8 weeks or older, microchipped, caught up on shots and dewormings, and already working on the crate and potty basics. Our Fluffy French Bulldog guide goes deeper into grooming and everyday care.

Fluffy Frenchie FAQs Of Michigan Families

Q: We live in the Upper Peninsula. How would a puppy get to us?

A: The van still reaches the U.P., and the price stays around $350, but it is the longest drive we make in the state. If you want your puppy on the road for less time, ask about a flight nanny into Marquette Sawyer Regional Airport (MQT). It has regular service from Detroit and Chicago, which gives us connections to work with.

Q: Is potty training harder when our puppy comes home in a Michigan winter?

A: It takes some extra planning. We begin potty training before puppies leave, so you are building on a routine they already know. Clear a small patch of snow near the door, keep those trips outside brief, and towel off the paws and belly afterward because wet fur on the legs and chest is quick to mat.

Q: We have never owned a dog. Is a Fluffy Frenchie a good first dog?

A: It can be. Frenchies are clever and will work for treats, but they can dig in their heels, so short and cheerful training works better than long drills. Two or three easy walks plus indoor games cover their exercise. The bigger commitment is company, because a Frenchie left by itself for a whole workday tends to struggle.

Q: Can we take our Fluffy Frenchie to a dog-friendly beach on Lake Michigan?

A: Yes, as long as the visit is short and the weather is mild. On summer days, go early or late, pack fresh water, and find some shade. Brush the sand out of the coat when you get home and dry the wrinkles on the face so they do not stay damp.
