Home-State Fluffy Frenchie Puppies for Adoption in Ohio
Since our kennel sits in Coshocton County, our Fluffy Frenchie puppies for sale in Ohio have a short trip to any part of the state. A Fluffy Frenchie has the same compact build, bat ears, and flat face as any French Bulldog. The one visible difference is a soft, silky coat that ends up roughly two or three times longer than the usual Frenchie coat, and it only appears when both parents pass down a recessive long-hair gene. Our puppies grow into playful, relaxed dogs that like to be in whatever room you are in.
We are in Fresno, about twenty minutes southeast of Millersburg and roughly 80 miles east of Columbus. Canton and Akron are closer to us than Columbus is, Cleveland is around two hours away, and Cincinnati and Toledo are the longest drives in the state at a little over three hours. For puppies you can reserve today and litters on the way, visit our Fluffy Frenchie puppy page.

Choosing a Puppy From Our Ohio Fluffy Frenchie Litters
Prices for the puppies shown here start at $2,895, and the exact price depends on the puppy's color, its sex, and its genetics. When you find one you like, you can reserve it and pay on our website. The $200 deposit cannot be refunded, but it can be transferred to any other puppy we have available.
We do not keep a waitlist, so a puppy belongs to whoever puts the deposit down first, sometimes within hours of the listing. We also list upcoming litters, so you can hold a pick before the puppies are even born. If you would like a closer look first, we can video chat on FaceTime and show you the puppy. Credova financing is also available through a short application on our site. Every puppy can be picked up here or brought to your door anywhere in Ohio.

Short Trips Home: Ohio Pickup, Van Delivery, and Flights
No Ohio address is more than about four hours from our kennel, so this is the shortest trip our puppies make. We talk through the three choices below on a call after the reservation goes through. Each puppy travels with some of its current food, which makes a gradual switch easy, and a small blanket with its mom's scent on it.
Driving to Fresno for Pickup (Our Suggestion)
For most of Ohio, coming to get your puppy yourself is the simplest choice. Pickups are by appointment, and the round trip fits in a single day from anywhere in the state. Before you head home, we walk you through the vaccine record, the microchip paperwork, and the guarantee.
Van Delivery for Around $250
If a round trip does not fit your week, home delivery costs around $250 anywhere in Ohio, the lowest fee we charge. A professional pet transport driver brings the puppy right to your home in a climate-controlled van, so you never have to meet anyone at an airport. The puppy gets a vet check before it leaves and rides in its own crate, and the driver sends updates on the way. Deliveries go out from Fresno on Tuesday mornings, and a trip inside Ohio does not take long.
Flight Nanny
Flying is seldom needed this close to home, but it is available. A trained handler brings the puppy aboard a commercial flight and keeps it beneath the seat ahead of them in a soft carrier that meets airline rules. Because Frenchies have short, flat faces and handle cargo conditions poorly, ours always fly in the cabin. You collect your puppy from the handler near the baggage carousels at Cleveland Hopkins (CLE), John Glenn Columbus (CMH), Akron-Canton (CAK), or Dayton (DAY). Around Cincinnati, the nanny would use CVG, which sits just across the river in Hebron, Kentucky.
Airlines only take puppies that are 8 weeks or older and weigh under 20 pounds in their carrier. A licensed veterinarian also signs a health certificate before the flight. Flying is the pricier option, with a quote for each specific flight. Weather can delay a departure, so keep your plans loose for a day or so.

Come See Us: How We Raise Fluffy Frenchies as Ohio's Local Puppy Breeder
We are local to you. Our family lives here in Coshocton County, and for most Ohio households the kennel is an easy drive, so you can visit by appointment before or after you reserve. The mother is usually here to meet, and often the father as well, unless the litter came from a tested outside stud. Raising dogs has been our family's work for more than 13 years, and each sire and dam in the program belongs to The Puppy Lodge. Some of our litters are raised in the kennel on our own property. The rest are raised by a handful of nearby breeders in our closed network. They keep no dogs but ours and use our testing and care rules.
Each Fluffy Frenchie gets DNA tested before it is ever bred. The results tell us if it carries the long-hair gene and what it carries for eye color and furnishings, so we know which pairings can produce fluffy puppies and roughly what colors they will be. Blue, pied, fawn, cream, and brindle show up most in the breed, and some of our pairings can give rarer lilac, isabella, chocolate, or merle. We check each parent's health, too, and look for soundly built dogs with wide, open nostrils. No test can rule out every problem, but screening cuts the chances of an inherited one. Every puppy also has a written three-year guarantee that covers genetic and congenital problems, with hips and elbows included.
Frenchies struggle in heat, so every building stays at a steady temperature, with warmed tile floors in cold months and geothermal cooling in warm ones. Our adults and newborn puppies are checked every week by a vet from Danville Veterinary Clinic, who comes out on a set day. Our Super Dog Program of short early neurological stimulation exercises begins on a puppy's third day and wraps up near day 16. Our children spend time handling the puppies daily, we start crate and potty training early, and no puppy goes home younger than 8 weeks. Our write-up on bringing a Fluffy French Bulldog home covers grooming and training.
