A:Absolutely, and we love when families make the trip. Visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention. You'll meet the parent dogs, walk through the kennel, and spend real time with the puppies. It's one thing to see photos online, but holding a puppy and watching how it interacts with your kids is a completely different experience. If traveling isn't in the cards, we also offer virtual tours so you can see exactly how our puppies are raised before making a decision.

A:Pickup day is one of our favorite parts of this whole process. You'll get to spend time with the full litter, hold your puppy, and ask any last questions before heading home. Every puppy leaves with a go-home kit that includes their vaccination records, a starter bag of food, and a blanket that carries mom's scent, which really does help with that first night. For the drive back to Delaware, we recommend bringing a small crate, a few towels, and planning a couple of quick potty stops along the way.

A:Delaware is one of the easier drives to our farm, about 5.5 to 7.5 hours, and we love it when families make the trip. What you'd find when you get here is a family of nine, five girls, two boys, and two parents, on five acres in the rolling hills of Central Ohio, doing this for more than 13 years. Our kids are in the whelping room and out in the play yard daily, so every puppy has been held and played with from the start. The kennel has heated tile floors for winter, geothermal cooling for summer, and has been remodeled several times to keep getting better. We're certified through the Purdue University Canine Care Program, meaning Purdue's veterinary team inspects our facility and breeding practices, and our own vet from Danville Veterinary Clinic comes out weekly. Every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation between days 3 and 16, and every parent dog is health and genetic tested. If the drive doesn't work, climate-controlled ground transport will bring your puppy right to your door in Wilmington, Dover, or anywhere else in the state.
