A $200 deposit holds the puppy. The deposit is kept if you cancel, but it can be switched to another open puppy if your plans shift.
There is no waitlist. Puppies are first come, first served, and one can be claimed within hours of going up. A professional transport company drives your puppy right to your address in a custom van that stays climate controlled for the entire drive. A steady temperature on the road is important because a flat-faced Frenchie does not shed heat well. Before the trip a vet checks each puppy over. Each one rides in a separate carrier, and you hear from the driver with updates as the van moves along.
The van departs on Tuesday mornings, and East Coast deliveries usually arrive the following day. For any Massachusetts address, the cost is around $350. Home delivery is also the most popular of our three options overall.
Flight Nanny Handoffs at Logan and Worcester
For the nanny option, a trained handler takes your puppy along as carry-on on a commercial flight. The puppy stays under the seat in a soft, airline-approved bag. A visit lets you say hello to the mother, walk through the kennel, and review the shot record, microchip, and guarantee together with us. Frenchies handle temperature swings poorly, so every building in our network is climate controlled. Heated tile floors take care of winter, and a geothermal system cools things down in summer. Once a week, a vet with Danville Veterinary Clinic stops in and looks over the adult dogs and the young litters. Starting on day three, puppies go through the Super Dog Program, which is our early neurological stimulation routine, and our kids give them lots of handling and playtime.
